I'm an Information Technology graduate who has spent the past year helping customers choose, build, set up and fix computers. That work taught me to diagnose a problem calmly and explain the fix in plain language.

Alongside the hardware work, I'm building my foundation in web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js and MySQL, with Git for version control. I use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to prototype and learn faster.

I'm looking for an entry-level role where I can support users, keep systems running, and grow into building the software they rely on.

How I handle a support problem

  1. ListenAsk what happened and what the user needs before touching anything.
  2. DiagnoseNarrow it down: hardware, software or connection.
  3. FixUse the simplest fix that works, and back up data first when it matters.
  4. ExplainTell the user what was wrong in plain language.
